You also receive support after the initial management plan. Follow-up visits are free of charge for a year after the initial fitting. Any follow-up consultations will be scheduled as soon as possible.
Hearing aid repairs and hearing aid accessories
Hearing aids have a lifespan of three to seven years. Circuitry should also be replaced every few years to restore the hearing quality.
To ensure your hearing aid operates optimally, hearing aid repairs are done onsite in our office in Panorama, Cape Town. If more complex repairs are required, we may send hearing aids back to the original manufacturer, but they are returned to you as quickly as possible.
Strauss Audiology also provides hearing aid accessories and replacement parts such as tubing, domes and filters.
